SOCIAL RESPONSIBLITY

Headquartered in the Volunteer state has long been reflected at all CBL’s locations through our efforts to support the communities in which our properties operate. CBL is committed to creating environments that reflect our respect for human rights, encourage community and stakeholder engagement and promote diversity and inclusion.

COMMITMENT TO HUMAN RIGHTS

For more than forty years, CBL Properties has served as an active member of communities across the continental United States. In welcoming diverse individuals to our properties, as well as our workforce, our foundational respect for human rights is underscored by our commitment to create environments that reflect our respect for and enablement to enjoy such rights.

This policy applies to CBL, the properties that we own, the properties in which we hold a majority interest, and the properties that we manage. In addition, CBL expects that its vendors uphold this policy and urges them to adopt similar policies within their own operations.

COMMUNITY AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Our properties are more than just a place to shop, dine or be entertained. CBL endeavors to partner with the communities we serve to engage in local interests that may impact the enjoyment of human rights, the environment, and related considerations. In doing so, we strive to ensure effective communication around such issues and address them at the local level.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR OUR PARTNERS

CBL's Vendor Code of Conduct (VCOC) reflect the Company's commitment to human rights and workplace accountability programs. The principles outlined within reflect the values we uphold, and we expect our direct suppliers to follow the spirit and intent of these principles to ensure respect for all human rights.
