People

Our team is critical to the success of our Company, and we are committed to providing a work environment that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing team members and to promoting a culture that allows each team member to feel respected, included, and empowered.

Employee Engagement

A high degree of employee engagement is critical to the success of any organization. To foster a sense of belonging and maintain high engagement among our employees, we offer four employee engagement groups to create a deeper connection within our organization. Each engagement group is entirely team-member-led, representing all levels and departments within the company. We constantly see to better understand the sentiments of our employees and how they feel about CBL, their work, and their team. In 2023, our annual employee engagement survey, issued through Great Place to Work™, netted a 77% response rate with 95% of respondents saying that CBL is a great place to work.
