- West County Center is ideally located along I-270 and Manchester Road just south of I-64, north of both I-44 and I-55 in the heart of the upscale residential and business corridor.
- There are over 11,000 businesses, including the headquarters of more than 150 companies and over 220,000 workers within a 5-mile radius of the center. Drury Hotels, Spectrum, BJC, and Mercy medical centers as well as the International Headquarters of Edward Jones are all located near the center.
