• East Towne is conveniently located off I-90/94, Wisconsin's largest interstate linking Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and Minneapolis. Average traffic counts total 12 million customers per year.
• With over 535,000 residents, Dane County leads the state in population growth; more than double any other in Wisconsin. Madison has established a strong economic core based on healthcare, education, insurance, government, and high-tech businesses.
